Service Guarantee

Solve iT Service Guarantee ensures that we meet or exceed our Service Level Agreement (SLA) Resolution Time commitments (see chart below) or credit back to our clients three times the amount for the affected users and outage period. Clients should report any SLA deviations to the Solve iT Service Manager via email, including the associated service ticket number(s). The review process will be completed within 15 days, and either a credit will be issued or an explanation provided.
